Env. variable SOHO_PW is used to login to local db as well as db hosted at seal. This caused an issue because the db password to EITQKL on seal, and the fix for that was to change the SOHO_PW env. variable. The simple fix for this issue is to re-export SOHO_PW to the local db password once the script is finished interacting with the DBs on seal.

I was able to login to the local mysql terminal using the new password, so the changes above have been reversed. I also changed update_eitql.yaml ownership to root and the command run by cron ran to completion with no command line output.

Foreign DB hosted on seal is not populated with data.
