Downloading HMI data fails when no attribute vso.Physobs is provided

Description

See https://github.com/sunpy/sunpy/issues/2284

Basically if you don't specify a physobs with the query in sunpy, attempting to download the results of the query will fail. The same query works just fine in the IDL client.

HMI queries from sunpy were not properly formatted, fileids from different data series must be separated out to different datarequestitems. I wrote a function to solve this in sunpy's vso client and submitted a pull request on their github page.
