VSO Health Report

A daily job runs at the VSO, testing all 23 Data Providers, checking the status of queries and data retreivals Both the VSO IDL/SolarSoft client and the VSO SunPy clients are tested.

We are currently working on restoring to functionality the Data Providers in Yellow.
